Digital Marketing SEO Specialist

Digital Marketing SEO Specialist

LXV is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing the client's marketing strategy using digital mediums to expose the brand and expand the reach of the company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition
    - Content/ inbound marketing: developing an editorial calendar and creating and strategically distributing relevant and valuable content to attract, acquire and engage LXV’s target market
    - Social media marketing: developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
    - Search engine optimization (SEO): developing strategies to increase the number of visitors to LXV’s website by getting high-ranking placements in search results
    - Affiliate marketing: developing strategic partnerships that allow relevant bloggers, organizations, businesses to promote LXV’s products on their website
    - Pay per click (PPC) campaigns and mobile marketing: creating a strategy around sponsored online or in-app advertising to appear alongside non-paid search results
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing in planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and digital advertising campaigns

  • Design, build and increase our social media presence

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, feedback mechanisms and optimize the user experience

  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

  • Identify target audiences and drive demand generation by creating and executing multi-channel campaigns across the lead and customer lifecycle.

  • Lead the design, execution and optimization for Paid, Performance Marketing channels (SEM and Display Ads) and SEO.

  • Support in developing affiliate partnerships and additional indirect channels.

  • Copywriting, creation of campaigns and ad design.

  • Landing page optimization testing and tracking

  • Lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of our content and email marketing

  • Provide and implement insightful recommendations for on-site SEO changes based on research and analytics data.

  • Keyword research, mapping & categorization 

  • Research, analyze and plan the off-page strategy Own and drive the technical roadmap for SEO, ensuring it’s prioritized according to impact on the business

  • Set, monitor and report on ROI specific to each marketing channel.

  • Ensure the alignment of communication and messaging across all marketing channels.

  • Develop marketing material with appropriate localization to various international locations.

  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds to reach optimal results.

  • Manage relationships with external suppliers/agencies in terms of deliverables, timelines and costs.

  • Understand industry trends and opportunities in order to continuously improve our position.

  • Responsible for the overall vision, annual plan and P&L associated with all marketing activities.

  • Lead the development and implementation of a multi-channel marketing strategy.

  • Establish a measurement plan to optimize sales, market share and revenue growth.

  • Leverage data to identify meaningful insights on how to reach target customers.

  • Stay current on the marketing landscape, trends, best practices, and competitor strategies.

  • Establish and implement programs to drive customer acquisition and grow revenue in new ways; rigorously measure initiatives and scale effectively.

  • Implement advanced analytical tracking of all marketing initiatives and manage data so it can be easily interpreted and leveraged.

  • Work effectively and collaboratively across the organization to advance strategic initiatives.
     

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Marketing, Advertising, Business, or any IT courses
  • Significant advantage if at least 1 year of experience in the field
  • With at least 1 year of relevant experience gained from a PR, Advertising, or Digital Marketing agency, is an advantage. Preferably GOOGLE CERTIFIED
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools understanding
  • Knowledgeable on performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Can provide examples of past achievements that show creativity in link building through content and other link building techniques
  • Has good research skills to ensure link relevancy and has familiarity with HTML and metadata.
  • Has working knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console
  • Has demonstrated experience, ability, and patience to make it happen --- you must be able to see the bigger picture of how LXV can change the luxury market, and you're willing to take the time, investment, and effort for that goal.

  • Knows how to plan, allocate, and maximize the given resources.
  • Experience in targeting and growing social media followers and fans using limited resources
  • Knows how to work with, interact and nourish special interested Facebook groups, including management of moderators and admin.
  • Prefers to grow user base organically rather than paid.
  • Has the ability to create and continuously improve on the site architecture and content to make it optimized in order to rank highly on search.
  • Work with developers to improve site architecture
  • Create a dynamic keyword plan to optimize
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to write copy ad and Social Media Content Strategy.
  • Experience working directly with a sales team to ensure marketing message and mediums match customer buying habits

  • Regularly reads SEO articles and stays up-to-date in SEO content best practices
Content Writer

Content Writer

LXV is looking for a full-time Content Writer to create compelling blog posts, white papers, product descriptions, social media content and web copy. We’re looking for someone who will help us expand our digital footprint and drive more value through online content. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of producing pieces that increase engagement and drive leads. This position requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers with the use of SEO best practices to generate traffic to our site
  • Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs and white papers
  • Actively manage and promote our blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms
  • Edit content produced by other members of the team
  • Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to create an innovative content idea

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism or relevant field

LXV is looking for a full-time Social Media Specialist who will manage all social media accounts, and our marketing campaigns. Create relevant content (actions such as posting, tweeting, blogging, etc.) for social media accounts with a variety of posts from photos, videos, articles, etc.

Main Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Create, develop, implement and manage our social media strategies.
  • Expand the brand presence on social media platforms.
  • Develop content topics that appeal to users.

Business Development Officer

LXV is looking for a full-time motivated Business Development Officer to develop and implement growth strategies for the achievement of revenue goals.

Candidates should have the right blend of analytical talent and business know-how. Successful applicants should be team players who not only understand how to identify a new market opportunity but also know what it takes to lead a team forward and realize that opportunity.

We’re especially looking for someone with great communication skills, as you’ll be expected to interact with shareholders, executives and clients on a daily basis. Preference will be given to candidates who plan to stay and grow with our company for the foreseeable future.

Main Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Analyze current and past financial data, such as sales reports, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
  • Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
  • Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.

Assistant Account Executive

We are looking for a full-time Assistant Account Executive who will work closely with an account executive in coordinating projects, communicating with potential and current partners, writing and uploading content on the website.

Main Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Coordinate projects
    Helping partners to increase sales and brand recognition is a top priority of Assistant Account Executives. You will communicate with partners throughout the project development and implementation process. You will help to create an account to our website, upload/update proper listings, ensure that partners are getting maximum attention and exposure. 
  • Arrange Partner Meetings
    The Assistant Account Executive will typically set up a phone or face-to-face meetings with account executives and those working in areas of sales, marketing, promotions and advertising to maintain communications with the partners and to review their needs and expectations.
  • Handle Sales Leads
    It generally falls to the Assistant Account Executive to follow up on sales leads and to help generate new sales leads.

We are looking for a full-time Travel Specialist who will help us handle bespoke travel inquiries from our high-end clientele from all over the world to offer the luxury of the Philippines.

Main Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Understand and familiarise yourself with our portfolio and learn about different luxury destinations
  • Responsible for in-depth knowledge of products and services offered, learning about products and staying up-to-date on a new product or policy changes.
  • Must be able to deliver a high level of service to the expanding member base through regular contact to create the ideal experience.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with our partners
  • Write clear and concise emails to clients and partners in excellent English.
  • Develop our offers by canvassing the market to find the most exclusive places and potential partners
  • Creating new luxury travels, activities & experiences and being able to promote the package would be definitely a plus.
  • Ensures that all calls are promptly and efficiently handled and providing quotes and closing sales
  • May perform other duties assigned.

Booking Officer/ Customer Service

Booking Officer/ Customer Service

LXV is looking for a full-time booking officer/customer service representative which will help and guide potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. LXV target is to ensure excellent luxury service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Respond to inquiries from potential customers. Must be able to sufficiently answer questions regarding the company’s services. Inquiries typically come in the form of emails, text messages, chat messages (Website and social media), phone calls, and online form responses.
  • Handle bookings, from start (inquiry phase) to finish (feedback phase). Steps include processing invoices, coordinating with clients on deposits/remittances, and effectively coordinating with suppliers. Must be systematic, thorough and efficient.
  • Update the database with information such as contact details, the status of bookings, and record of payments.
  • Make an appointment with a potential customer and meet them to sell the different services and products. Should conduct themselves in a professional manner in making appointments and communicating with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Able to use web applications such as Google Drive, Gmail and Gchat, and MS Office programs.
  • Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with an excellent sense of creativity and a positive attitude.
