About the Onitsuka Tiger TSUNAHIKI 2.0
The TSUNAHIKI 2.0 pays homage to the original Onitsuka Tiger Tug-of-War shoe which was first debuted in the year 1982. Tug-of-War was an olympic sport during 1900-1920. In the year 1980, the Japan Tug-of-War Union was established, hosting the sport's very first open competition in the country. The rough sport demanded high-quality rubber soles wrapped-up in the sides to keep the feet stable on the ground. The new version of the TSUNAHIKI 2.0 has an addition of an Ortholite molded insole that provides comfort for its wearer. An ombre leather across the upper part of the shoe features the Onitsuka Tiger brand. Mesh is used on the toe area while dotted material supports the top of one's heels.
The shoes are available in the colors: Cream & Classic Red, Peacoat & Tai-chi Yellow, and Birch & Feather Grey.
Other colors: Phantom & Dark Grey
