The Eco Yacht: Technology for Ecology

Magazine | Yachts & Watercrafts

Presented by Olympic medallist sailor Marc Pajot, winner of the 1982 Rum Route, a two-time America's Cup semi-finalist and previously involved in the design of highly innovative racing multihulls since 1980, the Eco Yacht is the result of a long collaboration between industry experts to design a ship that is both efficient and luxurious, with the guideline for respect for the environment. Engineers Nicolas Fauroux, Franck de Rivoyre, and Christophe Larose are the great architects of this innovative creation.

A true concentration of new concepts and innovations, the use of aluminum for the structure or a composite flybridge as well as carbon rigging make the yacht light while making no compromise on reliability. result: lower consumption with zero-emission coastal navigation of CO2 and decibel. This result is made possible by its electric motors and solar panels, spread over 70m2 of surface, and which supply the equipment on board.

Its handling, very simplified, allows any adventurer to take full advantage of the Eco Yacht and enjoy in particular an interior layout that has nothing to envy to luxury yachts on the market: reception spaces, rest and meals, VIP cabins and a master cabin of 25m2, private terraces, jacuzzi ... 200m2 of pure pleasure for outings at sea with family, friends or for professional reasons!
